Commission Terms & Conditions

GENERAL- I work on up to three commissions at a time to ensure efficiency and manageable wait times.- Commissions will reopen once the current batch is completed.- Commission progress can be tracked on TrelloWORKFLOW1. Application & Approval- Commissions open in limited slots (up to three at a time). Once full, applications will close until I finish the current batch.-If selected, I will contact you to discuss details and confirm your slot.2. Invoice & Payment- Once details are finalized, an invoice will be sent. Full payment is required upfront before I begin working.3. Rigging Process- Please do not rush me, quality work takes time. I will communicate any delays if necessary.4. Final Delivery- Upon completion, you will receive the final rigged files- No further revisions will be made unless there are technical issues affecting performance.REVISIONS- Rigging is done in my personal style, I will ultimately deliver within my skillset.- Revisions are free of charge! please communicate with me if you want anything fixedDEADLINES & DELIVERY- My estimated turnaround time:
2 weeks – 1.5 months- Models with multiple toggles/features will take longer.- Delays may occur due to time zone differences and external factors. I will notify clients publicly and privately if any arise.- I work on in my free time which is usually in the evenings from 6-12 and all day on weekends.- I do NOT accept commissions with deadlines under 1 weeks. Rushing my work negatively affects quality and adds unnecessary stress. Please be respectful of my time and workload.USAGE RIGHTS- Commissions are for the commissioner’s use only.- Contact me before reselling any rigged model.RUSH ORDERS- Rush orders will incur an additional +20% to +80% fee depending on complexity and timeframe.NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)- If you require confidentiality, please specify when placing your order.- NDA commissions will not be shared on social media, streamed, or publicly showcased.- NDA fees range from $50 - $100, depending on project size.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS- I retain the copyright to all my work.- I reserve the right to showcase completed commissions in my portfolio or social media unless an NDA is in place.REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS- Once I began the project there will not be any refunds!- Please be 100% certain before placing an order to avoid refund complications.- Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Filing a chargeback without prior discussion will result in:
1. Immediate blacklisting (including linked emails/accounts).
2. Loss of rights to all work I have created for you.
